Then looking back down. There were literally thousands of people there to see the same sights we were seeing and that was amazing also. I'm not sure what the big deal is, but we saw them and got our pictures made. We can say we were there and did that. They were not nearly as high as we thought they would be. We were prepared to be completely exhausted when we climbed these, but it was nice. I have to say, it is cool to have pictures of us there and sitting on them.

This is for those of you who have never seen a European hotel room. This is one side of room.... and then........the other. Hey one thing I can say was that it was very clean.

This is inside at the level where the people would watch.
These walls were actually functional. The floor of the colleseum sat above these and people would work underneath taking care of the animals to be brought in for the fights and even children were used to get the animals mad so that they would fight one another.

These are some pictures from Rome. They turned out really great and we are so excited because you wouldn't believe how hot we were, but we had fun.
